JNN Talent is a recruitment and talent acquisition platform that provides the following services:

• Job placement services for candidates seeking employment
• Talent acquisition services for employers seeking qualified candidates
• Resume and profile optimization guidance
• Interview preparation and career coaching
• Matching services between employers and job seekers
• Industry-specific recruitment in technology and business/finance sectors

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to register for an account. When creating an account, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for ensuring the security of your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Certain services may require payment. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Payment terms vary depending on the service package selected.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our refund policy. Generally, refunds may be provided if:

• Services have not been rendered as agreed
• Technical issues prevent service delivery
• Cancellation occurs within the specified cancellation period

All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

While we strive to provide consistent and reliable service, we cannot guarantee:

• Successful job placement for all candidates
• Finding suitable candidates for all employer requests
• Specific timelines for matching services
• Uninterrupted access to our platform

Our services are provided on an "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service with or without notice.

In no event shall JNN Talent, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JNN Talent and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

This indemnification applies to claims arising from: (a) your use and access of the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature if available.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

You hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015, as amended from time to time.

The arbitration will be conducted in English in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
